Key Responsibilities

• Service delinquent credit card accounts through various contact channels
• Minimize losses by assessing customer situations and providing relevant payment options
• Manage and escalate risk and customer-impacting issues to management

Required Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED
• 2+ years of Collections experience
• 2+ years of advanced-level customer service experience
• 1+ years of working-level listening skills experience
• Bilingual in Spanish (preferred)
