Spanish Medical Information Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medical Information Associate - Spanish language to support the Medical Information team in handling inquiries in English and Spanish.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide approved responses to medical inquiries from healthcare professionals, patients, and pharmaceutical clients
• Document and report adverse events, pregnancy, and product quality complaints within required timeframes
• Track and document all medical information inquiries in the Medical Information database accurately

Required Qualifications

• Life science or biomedical background with a healthcare-related degree (e.g., chemistry, biology, biotechnology, pharmacy, nursing)
• Customer service or call center experience preferred
• Ability to perform out-of-hours service if required
• Advanced English and Spanish skills, both verbal and written
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
