Job Summary

Spanish Onboarding Consultant, responsible for managing the onboarding process for Spanish-speaking retail customers in a full-time remote position, focusing on customer satisfaction and project management to ensure successful implementation of the Toast POS system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage onboarding engagements and create training plans for retail staff on utilizing the Toast product
  • Conduct remote site assessments and document the installation of the Toast POS system
  • Provide post-live support and guidance to customers during their first 30 days of usage
Required Qualifications
  • Professional-level fluency in both English and Spanish
  • 4+ years of experience in customer satisfaction and business operations
  • 1+ years of experience in project management or implementation roles
  • Experience with project management tools such as Salesforce and Asana
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals
