Spanish Onboarding Consultant

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Spanish Onboarding Consultant will manage the onboarding process for Spanish-speaking restaurant clients, ensuring their menus are configured for go-live success while achieving activation goals and providing high-quality customer interactions.

Key responsibilities

• Leverage product knowledge to partner with restaurant owners during the Go-Live phase and create effective onboarding plans
• Consult with clients to assess configuration needs and document the onboarding process while adhering to best practices
• Manage multiple onboarding engagements simultaneously, including training restaurant staff on utilizing the Toast product effectively

Required qualifications

• Bilingual/Fluent in Spanish & English, both written and verbal
• 3+ years of experience in customer satisfaction and business operations, managing long-term customer relationships
• Ability to translate restaurant operations and payroll concepts to varying knowledge levels
• Proven track record of success in meeting and exceeding goals
• Experience operating independently in a fast-paced, changing environment
