Key responsibilities
  • Guide patients through the imaging scheduling process, ensuring a personalized experience
  • Coordinate with patients, healthcare providers, and imaging centers to facilitate timely access to diagnostic imaging
  • Resolve patient inquiries and issues proactively to remove barriers to care
Required qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience in a call center, customer support, or patient services role
  • Fluency in Spanish (written and spoken) is required
  • Relevant experience in healthcare, clinical, or patient scheduling is necessary
  • A proactive and self-motivated approach to navigating challenges in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively
