Job Summary
Guiding patients through the imaging scheduling process, the remote Spanish Patient Experience Specialist will provide a seamless and supportive experience from referral to appointment while coordinating with healthcare providers and imaging centers to ensure timely access to high-quality diagnostic imaging.
Key responsibilities
- Guide patients through the imaging scheduling process, ensuring a personalized experience
- Coordinate with patients, healthcare providers, and imaging centers to facilitate timely access to diagnostic imaging
- Resolve patient inquiries and issues proactively to remove barriers to care
Required qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in a call center, customer support, or patient services role
- Fluency in Spanish (written and spoken) is required
- Relevant experience in healthcare, clinical, or patient scheduling is necessary
- A proactive and self-motivated approach to navigating challenges in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively
