Spanish Payroll Subject Matter Expert

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Spain Payroll Subject Matter Expert.

Key Responsibilities

• Process Spanish payroll for approximately 300 associates and ensure compliance
• Act as a subject matter expert on Spanish payroll regulations and provide guidance on tax, pension, and labor law requirements
• Support onboarding and knowledge transfer to new payroll team members while collaborating with the Payroll Operations team

Required Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience with Spanish payroll and regulatory compliance
• Strong understanding of taxation, pension schemes, social security, and union agreements in Spain
• Experience performing payroll audits and validations
• Fluent in Spanish and proficient in English
• Able to work CET business hours
