Job Summary

A company is looking for a QA Specialist responsible for monitoring and evaluating the performance of Spanish over-the-phone interpreters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and evaluate Spanish interpretation calls for accuracy, completeness, tone, protocol adherence, and customer service
  • Complete 1 hour of call interpretation each week and use standardized evaluation tools to assess interpreter performance
  • Collaborate with Training and Operations teams to support continuous improvement efforts and maintain accurate documentation of evaluations
Qualifications Required:
  • Full professional fluency in both English and Spanish
  • Minimum of 6 months of experience in over-the-phone interpretation
  • In-depth knowledge of TPC interpreter ethics and industry standards
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Comfortable working with QA platforms, call logs, and performance dashboards
