Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior CRM Associate, Spanish.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and translate Sportsbook communications into Spanish, ensuring cultural relevance and compliance with brand guidelines
• Manage the performance of marketing campaigns and collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate user preferences and product enhancements
• Execute A/B tests, analyze results, and report on campaign performance while working closely with the Marketing Creative team

Required Qualifications

• Professional fluency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field
• 2+ years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in the eCommerce or gaming industry
• Experience with A/B testing and knowledge of analytics tools
• Willingness to work non-standard hours based on the sports calendar
