Job Summary

To support the Mariana Tek division, the full-time Spanish Speaking Account Executive will manage the entire sales process from lead generation to contract closure, focusing on building relationships with clients and presenting business management solutions remotely.

Key responsibilities:
  • Developing sales strategies and consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas
  • Moving leads from qualified prospects to closed customers through effective relationship building
  • Presenting and demonstrating product value to prospective buyers while monitoring market conditions and competitors
Required qualifications:
  • 4+ years of direct software sales experience
  • Experience selling business management solutions with a focus on deep discovery and executive alignment
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office, including presentation skills
  • Demonstrable history of above-target performance, particularly in a startup environment
  • Ability to manage high-velocity and complex deals in a mid-market business environment
