Job Summary

To support the Mariana Tek division, the full-time Spanish Speaking Account Executive will manage the entire sales process from lead generation to contract closure, focusing on building relationships with clients and providing product demonstrations for Business Management Solutions in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities:
  • Developing sales strategies and consistently meeting or exceeding quotas
  • Moving leads from qualified prospects to closed customers
  • Presenting and demonstrating the value of products and services to prospective buyers
Required qualifications:
  • 4+ years of direct Software Sales Experience
  • Experience selling Business Management and/or solution-based offerings
  • Ability to manage high velocity and high complexity deals in a Mid Market business environment
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office
  • Demonstrable history of above-target performance, especially in a startup environment
