Job Summary
Managing multiple influencer campaigns across Spanish-speaking markets, the freelance Spanish-Speaking Campaign Manager will oversee day-to-day delivery, negotiate creator pricing, and build trusted client relationships while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Own the day-to-day delivery of influencer campaigns, managing timelines, budgets, and approvals
- Negotiate creator fees and manage campaign budgets, ensuring alignment with performance targets
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and insight sharing
Required qualifications
- Fluent/native-level proficiency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken
- 3 to 4 years of experience in influencer marketing or campaign management
- Strong skills in Excel and data analysis, including formulas and pivot tables
- Proven ability to negotiate creator contracts and manage client communications
- Comfortable working EST hours and utilizing AI tools in daily operations
