Job Summary
Fluent in Spanish, the full-time remote Spanish Speaking Client Success Manager will manage a portfolio of reactive accounts, focusing on client success, renewals, and expansion while collaborating with Strategic Account Managers on strategic accounts.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary post-sale contact, building success plans and leading renewals for a defined book of business
- Collaborate with Strategic Account Managers to align success plans with account strategies and provide adoption analytics
- Translate client feedback into reproducible plays and contribute to process improvements to enhance client satisfaction
Required qualifications
- 4 - 7+ years in post-sale roles within B2B SaaS or insurance sectors
- Fluent in Spanish and English, with strong communication skills for engaging Spanish-speaking clients
- Working knowledge of insurance workflows and commercial acumen in renewal negotiation and expansion qualification
- Proven ability to understand technical nuances in support tickets and effectively liaise with engineering teams
- Familiarity with tools like JIRA, FreshDesk, and Microsoft Teams is recommended
