Job Summary

A company is looking for an Online Customer Service Trainee who is Spanish speaking and can work remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service through inbound phone calls regarding insurance policies
• Obtain and maintain a Property and Casualty License
• Work independently with minimal supervision and maintain regular attendance

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Designated space and internet capability to work from home
• Able to pass a background check
• Extensive experience with Microsoft Office or G-Suite
• Two years of customer service experience
