Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative (Spanish Speaking) to join their team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer daily telephone calls from members, providers, and other stakeholders
  • Collect and document information regarding member/provider concerns and provide status updates
  • Assist with member outreach communications and appointment scheduling
Required Qualifications
  • Fluency in Spanish (speaking only is acceptable)
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Experience using Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Prior experience in customer service
  • One year of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
