Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative (Spanish Speaking) to join their team.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer daily telephone calls from members, providers, and other stakeholders
- Collect and document information regarding member/provider concerns and provide status updates
- Assist with member outreach communications and appointment scheduling
Required Qualifications
- Fluency in Spanish (speaking only is acceptable)
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience using Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Prior experience in customer service
- One year of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
