Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative (Spanish Speaking) to join their dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer daily telephone calls from members, providers, and other stakeholders
- Collect information from members/providers and provide general status updates
- Document all calls into the customer service module and assist with member outreach communications
Required Qualifications
- Must be fluent in Spanish (speaking only is acceptable)
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience using Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Experience working in customer service
- One year of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
