Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Spanish Speaking Customer Service Representative to provide excellent support remotely, managing customer inquiries across various channels while ensuring thorough documentation and adapting to evolving priorities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service through phone, email, chat, or other contact methods, communicating clearly and professionally
  • Thoroughly document all customer accounts immediately after any action taken
  • Self-manage tasks and adapt quickly to shifting customer needs while demonstrating empathy in every interaction
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 2+ years' experience in customer service
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance license
  • Proficiency with common customer service software and systems, such as CRM tools
  • Comfortable using AI-enabled support tools to assist with customer inquiries
