Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customer onboarding, success, or enablement in an SMB, B2B, or SaaS context
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment
• Ability to build rapport and adapt approaches based on customer needs
• Proven ability to manage customer needs and make outcome-driven recommendations
• Fluency in Spanish is a bonus
