Spanish Speaking Loan Officer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Spanish-speaking Loan Officer for their Retail Lending Division.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new purchase loans and maintain a strong referral base
• Originate VA, FHA, and agency loans
• Stay up-to-date on real estate market trends and guidelines for different loan types

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a retail self-generated loan originator or loan officer
• Proven track record of closing at least two new purchase loans per month or $12 million in closed loan volume annually
• Well-developed referral base, including realtors, past clients, financial planners, builders, attorneys, and/or accountants preferred
• College degree or equivalent work or military experience preferred
• Fluency in Spanish and working knowledge of FHA, VA, Conventional, and Construction loan guidelines
