Job Summary

To provide high-quality medical information services, the full-time Spanish Speaking Medical Information Specialist will manage inquiries via phone and email, ensuring compliance with established protocols while working remotely for a 12-month fixed-term contract.

Key responsibilities:

• Answer technical questions related to designated products accurately and professionally
• Recognize and report adverse events and product quality complaints in compliance with SOPs
• Translate documents between English and Spanish, ensuring quality and accuracy in correspondence

Required qualifications:

• A completed Pharmacy or life science degree
• C1 level proficiency in Spanish and fluency in English
• Strong translation skills
• Experience in a call center environment is preferred
• Ability to manage a busy workload and work independently
