Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mortgage Loan Funder (Spanish speaking).

Key Responsibilities

Create accurate Closing Disclosures and prepare closing documents
Order funds for closing and confirm receipt 24 hours prior to closing
Enhance relationships with title companies and ensure compliance with regulations

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Experience with various loan products (Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, DPA's)
Proficiency in Encompass software
Strong understanding of TRID regulations and loan documentation
Detail-oriented with effective time management skills
Ability to work flexible hours as needed
