Job Summary

A company is looking for an Onboarding Consultant I, Guest - Emerging Markets Spanish Speaking.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer relationships during the onboarding phase and ensure high-quality implementation experiences
• Create best practices for restaurant operations and consult with clients on configuration needs prior to go-live
• Simultaneously manage multiple onboarding engagements, documenting processes and deviations from best practices

Required Qualifications

• Bilingual/Fluent in Spanish & English, both written and verbal
• 3+ years of experience in customer satisfaction and business operations
• Ability to operate independently and manage competing priorities in dynamic environments
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals
• Strong organizational and influencing skills
