Job Summary

A company is looking for an Onboarding Consultant I for Emerging Markets, specifically targeting Spanish-speaking clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with restaurant owners during the Go-Live phase to create onboarding plans for a high-quality implementation experience
• Conduct remote site assessments to determine clients' networking needs and document the installation of the Toast POS system
• Manage multiple onboarding engagements simultaneously and provide remote support during the initial usage phase

Required Qualifications

• Bilingual/Fluent in Spanish & English
• Experience in the Restaurant or Hospitality Industry
• 3+ years in a customer satisfaction and business operations role
• Ability to operate independently in a dynamic environment
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals
