• Fluent in Spanish, with strong reading, writing, and speaking skills
• Experienced in genealogical research, particularly in Mexico, Cuba, Puerto Rico, or Texas
• Ability to manage 30-60 ongoing client projects
• Comfortable working in a billable-hours environment
• Skilled in producing research journals and reports in both English and Spanish
