Spanish Speaking Training Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Training Specialist (Spanish Speaking, 1099).

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver virtual DevResults trainings to INL implementers in Spanish, covering system navigation and report submission processes
• Provide tailored coaching and troubleshooting support to users post-training
• Ensure accurate performance data input by reinforcing best practices during trainings and maintaining communication with implementers

Required Qualifications:

• Full Professional Proficiency in Spanish, particularly in performance monitoring and data-related discussions
• Preferred prior experience with DevResults, though training will be provided upon onboarding
• Experience in DME, M&E, Program Analysis, or Performance Monitoring, or recent retirement/separation from these fields
• Ability and willingness to train others in their area of expertise
• Master's degree from an accredited institution or a bachelor's degree with ten years of relevant experience
