Job Summary
A company is looking for a Spanish International Telephonic/Video Interpreter.
Key Responsibilities
- Professionally answer client calls, providing first name and interpreter ID
- Communicate concepts accurately between non-English and English speakers while maintaining clarity and tone
- Follow client instructions and manage conversation flow while using medical glossaries as needed
Required Qualifications
- Complete fluency in English and Spanish
- 2+ years of professional telephone interpreting experience
- Strong cultural understanding to explain concepts clearly
- Ability to remain neutral and objective during calls
- Excellent knowledge of medical terminology and glossaries
