Job Summary

A company is looking for a Spanish International Telephonic/Video Interpreter.

Key Responsibilities

• Professionally answer client calls, providing first name and interpreter ID
• Communicate concepts accurately between non-English and English speakers while maintaining clarity and tone
• Follow client instructions and manage conversation flow while using medical glossaries as needed

Required Qualifications

• Complete fluency in English and Spanish
• 2+ years of professional telephone interpreting experience
• Strong cultural understanding to explain concepts clearly
• Ability to remain neutral and objective during calls
• Excellent knowledge of medical terminology and glossaries
