Spatial Data Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Spatial Data Coordinator to ensure data integrity of CAD floor plans and occupant data for a defined portfolio or set of buildings.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize CAD and design software to support space, occupancy, and utilization data
• Maintain current drawings, generate relevant space reports, and serve as the main contact for space technology solutions
• Input and update CAD plans and occupancy data, and recommend process improvements for space data management

Required Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent in Architectural Technology, Space Planning, Space Data Management, or Data Analytics preferred
• Zero to three years of experience in a corporate real estate environment
• Proficient in MS Office Suite software applications
• Experience in customer service and building relationships with internal and external partners
• Familiarity with drafting techniques and construction terminology
