Spatial Data Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Spatial Data Manager responsible for managing spatial data and ensuring data integrity within a space management tool.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee data integrity of CAD floor plans and occupant data, ensuring compliance with data standards
• Serve as the global system administrator for the space data management system, providing training and support to users
• Monitor and enhance operational efficiency in space allocation processes and reporting

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent in Architectural Technology, Space Planning, or related fields
• Four to eight years of experience in a corporate real estate environment
• Proficiency in architectural and engineering drawings, concepts, and design
• Experience with MS Office Suite software applications
• Ability to establish strong relationships with internal and external partners
