Job Summary

A company is looking for a Spatial Data Manager, Global.

Key Responsibilities

• Develops designs using CAD software and maintains organized As-Built Drawings
• Generates reports and analyzes space allocation data while communicating with project teams
• Proactively monitors and manages space allocation data in accordance with client processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in architecture, facilities management, or real estate
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Excel, and CAFM software
• Solid understanding of programming codes, documentation, and project systems organization
• Furniture design experience preferred
