Spatial Data Manager
Job Summary
Responsible for the day-to-day functionality of the client's Space Management tool, the full-time Spatial Data Manager will ensure data integrity of CAD floor plans and occupant data while providing reporting for a client portfolio in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage spatial data management, CAD/CAFM administration, and space utilization analytics
- Establish and enforce data governance standards and compliance for client space data
- Provide training and support for users of the space data management system
Required qualifications:
- BA/BS degree in Architectural Technology, Space Planning, Data Analytics, or related field
- Four to eight years of experience in a corporate real estate environment
- Expertise in CAD/CAFM methodologies and space allocation processes
- Experience in developing and implementing data quality assurance programs
- Proven ability to coach teams in effective space planning and service delivery
