Job Summary

A company is looking for a Special Accounts Manager, Print Experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to special accounts related to print materials
  • Lead planning and execution of preparation for delivery to special accounts
  • Coordinate efforts to address and service unique needs of key customer accounts
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or Education and 6+ years of Customer Service experience
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Proven self-management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, or other ERP and CRM systems is beneficial
