Job Summary

A company is looking for a Special Assets Officer.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervising a designated loan portfolio of delinquent commercial loans and assets
Pursuing bold collection efforts and collaborating with legal department for litigation when necessary
Leading OREO assets and portfolio management

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 10 years commercial banking experience, with 5+ years in special assets
Experience in special assets portfolio management and commercial real estate loans
Knowledge of risk rating adjustments, accrual status changes, and charge offs
Strong portfolio management and reporting skills
Demonstrated confidence and tenacity in handling problem borrowers
