Job Summary
Supporting the Special Assets Group, the full-time Special Assets Operations Analyst will monitor and administer a portfolio of problem loans, perform financial and credit analysis, and coordinate with internal stakeholders and third-party vendors in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Track, monitor, and report on the Problem Loan Portfolio while providing analytical and administrative support to SAG Officers
- Complete periodic analysis of assigned relationships, including financial spreading and drafting Problem Loan Reports (PLR)
- Coordinate with third-party vendors and maintain accurate reporting and documentation to support departmental goals
Required qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in commercial credit, loan servicing, underwriting, or asset management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial models and data analysis
- Understanding of fundamental credit principles and ability to analyze borrower financial statements
- Experience preparing or supporting Problem Loan Reports (PLRs) and internal management reports
- Familiarity with Loan Management Systems (LMS) and workflow/project management tools
