Special Consultant for CHI

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Special Consultant CHI.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and strengthen cross-sector strategic partnerships to advance health equity and community health improvement
• Support alignment of Community Health Assessments and Community Health Improvement Plans
• Assist in piloting innovative investment models and tools with local health jurisdictions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required; Master's degree in public health or equivalent field preferred
• Experience working with multi-disciplinary teams and in project management
• Experience in developing internal and external communications strategies related to public health initiatives
• Ability to interpret and implement complex policy
• No certificates or licenses required
