Special Consultant for Community Health

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Special Consultant CHI.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and strengthen cross-sector strategic partnerships to support health equity and community health improvement
• Align Local Health Jurisdiction Community Health Assessments and Community Health Improvement Plans
• Support innovative investment models with local health jurisdictions through technical assistance and strategic planning

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required; Master's degree in public health or equivalent field preferred
• Experience working with multi-disciplinary teams, including leadership and contractors
• Experience in project management
• Experience in developing internal and external communications strategies
• Ability to plan and organize the evaluation and research of emerging health issues
