Special Education Coordinator

Job Summary

To support students with disabilities, the full-time ESE Coordinator will develop and implement individualized instructional plans based on IEP goals, provide specialized instruction, and collaborate with educators and families in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized instructional plans based on students' IEP goals and learning styles
• Monitor and document student progress toward academic, behavioral, and functional goals
• Collaborate with general education teachers to support inclusion and student success in the least restrictive environment

Required qualifications:

• Valid state teaching license/certification in Special Education or eligibility for certification
• Knowledge of IEP development and special education regulations
• Strong organizational and collaboration skills
• Ability to build positive relationships with students and families
• Experience working with students with diverse learning and emotional needs is preferred
