Special Education Faculty

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Adjunct/Affiliate Faculty member in Special Education.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow course policies and meet faculty guidelines, including timely grading and communication with students
• Prepare and maintain course materials, including updating assignments and providing supplemental resources
• Participate in faculty orientation, meetings, and communicate with program staff regarding any issues

Required Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in Special Education preferred; Master's degree with 15 years of relevant experience accepted
• Minimum of three years of K-12 school-based Special Education experience required
• Knowledge of Colorado Academic Standards and Teacher Quality Standards
• Experience teaching in higher education, particularly online
• Commitment to integrating Christian faith with education
