Special Education Researcher

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Special Education Quantitative Researcher to provide analytic support across multiple project teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead or contribute to the design and execution of special education policy research and evaluation projects
• Apply quantitative methods to collect, manage, analyze, and interpret data
• Translate complex findings into actionable insights and recommendations for reports and presentations

Required Qualifications

• PhD in a relevant field or a master's degree with a minimum of 4 years of relevant applied research experience
• Demonstrated experience in quantitative research or evaluation projects, preferably in the public sector or education
• Experience cleaning and analyzing large administrative datasets from education entities
• Experience managing and maintaining analytic datasets, including documentation and quality control
• Knowledge of special education policies and practices
