Special Education Teacher - Ohio Licensed

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Special Education Teacher to provide remote educational services to students with special needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage instructional guidance and virtual teaching for students with behavioral, social, and emotional needs
• Develop, write, and implement IEPs and 504 plans while collaborating with other educators and professionals
• Provide direct services to students and maintain accurate documentation of their progress and IEP compliance

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Degree in Special Education or a related field
• Valid Special Education teaching license in Ohio
• Four years of relevant Special Education experience
• Experience with teletherapy and virtual service delivery
• Knowledge of state and federal regulations regarding special education
