Special Investigation Unit Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team of investigators, the full-time remote Special Investigation Unit Manager will oversee the investigation and handling of claims requiring specialized investigative skills while collaborating with the Claims Department to address potentially fraudulent activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a staff of SIU investigators, assigning and monitoring investigative activities
• Oversee investigations of claim files that require specialized investigative services
• Review findings and provide guidance to Claims personnel on claim resolution and fraud referrals

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of insurance or insurance-related experience
• Minimum of 5 years of law enforcement or SIU investigative experience
• Bachelor's degree or specialized training
• Proven leadership skills
• Experience conducting open source social media investigations preferred
