Special Investigation Unit Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting SIU investigators and claim adjusters, the full-time Special Investigation Unit Specialist will assist with complex claims investigations, conduct background and social media checks, and prepare documentation for law enforcement agencies in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct background and social media checks for investigations
• Provide investigative support to SIU Investigators and Claim Representatives as needed
• Prepare claim files and documentation for law enforcement and other carriers

Required qualifications

• 1+ years of insurance experience and/or adjuster's license or relevant research field work experience
• 5+ years of experience with MS Office products
• Proficient knowledge of insurance claims handling processes
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
