Special Investigator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Special Investigator (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Conducts in-depth investigations of complex fraud or misconduct allegations related to claims and underwriting
• Identifies and mitigates questionable exposures across the company's book of business
• Collaborates with law enforcement and regulatory bodies in civil and criminal investigations

Required Qualifications

• Familiarity with Windows OS and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Experience in Major Case Unit investigations involving complex claims and organized networks
• Experience coordinating investigations with external partners such as NICB and State Insurance Departments
• Preferred college degree
• Preferred 10 years of SIU experience with a primary insurance carrier
