Special Loans Administrator

Job Summary

Managing the daily functions of the Special Loans Portfolio, the full-time remote Special Loans Administrator will process requests related to SCRA, ARM, Buydowns, Balloons, and Partial Release loans while ensuring compliance with various guidelines.

Key responsibilities:

• Review and process SCRA eligibility requests and validate ARM data for accuracy
• Act as a liaison for partial release requests, coordinating with customers and internal counsel
• Provide exceptional customer service and perform loan level maintenance on special loan functions

Required qualifications:

• Some college or an Associate's Degree, or equivalent experience in a related field
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in mortgage servicing or loan processing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to interpret policy documents and perform basic mathematical calculations
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective customer service interactions
