Special Needs Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Special Needs Consultant to work remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized assistance and referral services to military families regarding disability law and specialized DoD programs
• Collect and report participant feedback and engagement metrics
• Connect individuals with special needs to community resources and provide guidance on navigating challenges

Required Qualifications:

• Master's degree in behavioral or social science
• Subject matter expertise in disability law and knowledge of Exceptional Family Member Programs (EFMPs)
• Ability to maintain 12 professional development hours per year related to special needs
• Strong customer service skills and understanding of military lifestyle
• Proficiency in Microsoft tools and electronic documentation systems
