Job Summary

A company is looking for a Special Needs Healthcare Customer Advisor for a national remote position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide holistic support to members with special needs, resolving issues and delivering compassionate support
  • Create ongoing relationships with members and teammates, prioritizing and organizing work to meet objectives
  • Anticipate member needs, seek out resources, and provide high-quality member experience
Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
  • 1+ years of experience helping, resolving, or advocating on behalf of members or customers
  • Experience using a computer and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday
  • Currently is a part of UHC Benefit Operations
