Job Summary

Special Operations Forces SME, a part-time contracted position focused on supporting a U.S. Government Institutional Capacity Building program through strategy development, conflict prevention, and partnership building, with remote and forward engagement responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and improvement of systems and institutions to enhance stability and security in conflict-affected areas
• Engage in strategy development and operational planning for partner nation development
• Provide expertise in civil-military engagement and institutional capacity building

Required Qualifications

• Retired O-5/O-6 with U.S. Army Special Forces or U.S. Marine Corps Raider qualifications
• 10+ years of knowledge of special operations capabilities and operational integration
• 5+ years of experience in developing operational plans and training programs
• Extensive experience in civil-military engagement and combating violent extremist organizations
• U.S. Secret Security Clearance required
