Job Summary

A company is looking for a Special Programs Lead to oversee and manage specialized programs within the Technical Support and Service Training Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning, development, and execution of special programs
• Manage program schedules, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely completion
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and track program success

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, Training Development, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in program management or training coordination
• Experience with compliance programs, training development, or technical services is preferred
• Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and training tools
• Strong organizational and project management skills
