Job Summary

A company is looking for a Special Project Assistant to provide administrative and billing support to partners focusing on special projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client billing, including proforma preparation and editing
  • Open new client matters and coordinate time entry with timekeepers
  • Serve as a client contact and maintain confidential/sensitive information
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years' administrative experience in a mid-to-large-sized law firm
  • Proficient in administrative tasks including billing, time entry, and travel arrangements
  • Able to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Strong team orientation with a commitment to high-level client service
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and 3E
