Special Projects Associate
Job Summary
Driving high-impact digital transformation initiatives, the part-time Special Projects Associate will support the integration of Artificial Intelligence and automated workflows in the Legal & Compliance team, focusing on AI strategy, self-service AI personas, and productivity metrics reporting.
Key responsibilities
- Support the digitization and automation of Legal & Compliance workflows by creating an executive-level framework for the AI Strategy
- Develop and deploy specialized AI Contract Personas to enable business stakeholders to self-serve routine legal inquiries and contract drafting
- Train stakeholders on best practices for utilizing AI Contract Personas and design metrics for tracking productivity gains
Required qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Law (JD), Legal Studies, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field
- Familiarity with AI utilization, data-driven operations, and digital workflow automation tools
- Strong ability to create data visualizations and reporting frameworks for executive-level insights
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for drafting strategic frameworks and presentations
