Required Qualifications

• 3-10 years of experience at a top-tier consulting firm, in BizOps at a tech company, or in a strategy/Chief of Staff role
• Strong structured logic and precision in writing and speaking
• Experience in driving complex, multi-organizational initiatives to completion
• Able to thrive in ambiguity and motivated by direct involvement in decision-making
• Proven ability to earn trust and create alignment through clarity and quality
