Special Projects Lead

Job Summary

Special Projects Lead, responsible for scaling an AI agent for conducting interviews, working full-time in a remote capacity, and focusing on strategic deal support, implementation, and customer success.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives on high-impact opportunities related to the AI screening tool
• Own the implementation and ongoing adoption of the AI solution for enterprise customers
• Identify workflow gaps and operational breakdowns while shaping product direction through customer insights

Required Qualifications

• Experience in forward-deployed or solutions roles at modern SaaS companies
• Background in BizOps, Strategy & Ops, or Chief of Staff roles
• Experience in high-performing implementation or solutions operations with commercial insight
• Familiarity with AI technologies and a proven ability to leverage them effectively
• Strong operational judgment and the ability to navigate ambiguity
